SC Directs Principal Secretary to Act as Observer of Floor Test - 09.05.2016

SC has made appointment of a neutral observer necessary for floor test of Uttarakhand Assembly on May 10 and ordered Principal Secretary, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs of State, to watch it as court-appointed observer with a sense of absolute objectivity and singularity of purpose of neutrality.
