Kar HC: Educational Institutions Must Recognize & Reconsider Malady of Harsh Disciplinary Actions - 28.06.2023

Karnataka High Court while observing that harsh discipline is closely linked to internalizing mental problems of a child and lowering the child’s cognitive functioning and school performance, has held that institutions have to recognize this malady and remedy the wrong in a different manner.
