JKL HC: Benefit Under Budgetary Support Scheme is Not a 'Right' But Only a Concession - 28.06.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while observing that benefit provided under the Budgetary Support Scheme is not a 'right' but only a concession for industrial units, has held that no interest can be ordered on delayed disbursal of payment under the scheme.
