Ker. HC to Police Chief: Sensitize Police Personnel to Provisions of Mental Healthcare Act - 27.06.2023

Kerala High Court has directed State Police Chief to ensure that all police personnel are sensitized to relevant provisions of Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 so as to ensure effective compliance with the provisions, which would pave the way for ameliorating the grievances of the mentally ill persons.
