Ker. HC Allows Restoration of PIL Seeking Enactment of Law Against Superstition & Human Sacrifice - 26.06.2023

Kerala High Court has allowed restoration of a PIL seeking direction to be issued to State to consider enactment and implementation of ‘Kerala Prevention of Eradication of Inhuman Evil Practices, Sorcery and Black Magic Bill, 2019'.
