Cal HC: Daughter of Employee Who Died/Superannuated Prior to DCRB Scheme Entitled To Family Pension - 21.06.2023

Calcutta High Court has held that unmarried/widowed daughters of an employee who superannuated or passed away prior to coming into force of DCRB Scheme, 1981 are also entitled to family pension.
