Cal. HC: Prohibiting Rath Yatra Amounts to Interference With Religious Practice - 21.06.2023

Calcutta High Court has held that directives of Howrah Police not allowing a chariot procession (Rath Yatra) to take place by devotees of Lord Jagannath, would be unreasonable and amount to an interference with religious practice.
