Gauhati HC: Absence of Protective Steps Leadings to Encroachment of Heritage Cites - 19.06.2023

Gauhati High Court while observing that illegal encroachment of the Heritage sites related to the Ahom Dynasty including those is going on unabated due to the absence of any protective steps taken by the State, has asked State if the State is prepared to come up with a comprehensive plan.
