SC: Unchallenged Statement of Wife of Deceased Deserves to be Accepted as Gospel Truth - 16.06.2023

Supreme Court while enhancing compensation awarded to kin of a deceased employee to uphold the objective of Employees’ Compensation Act i.e. dispensation of social justice, has held that unchallenged statement of the wife of the deceased deserves to be accepted as gospel truth.
