SC: Coal India Ltd. Come Under the Purview of Competition Act, 2002 - 16.06.2023

Supreme Court while observing that Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act cannot be reconciled with the Competition Act, has held that Coal India Ltd. would come under the purview of the Competition Act, 2002 despite being a Public Sector Undertaking.
