Del HC: Can’t Classify Woman Based on Their Education/Occupation for Bail U/S 45(1) of PMLA - 15.06.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that PMLA doesn’t define woman and it is not the intention of Constitution or PMLA to classify women on basis of their education and occupation, has held that such classification of woman can’t be done for releasing on bail under proviso to section 45(1) of PMLA.
