Ker. HC: If Nature of Land is Changed, The Land Must be Re-Assessed Before Fixing Basic Tax Rate - 15.06.2023

Kerala High Court has held that competent authority is bound to re-assess the rate of basic tax and to make necessary entries in the Basic Tax Register, if the nature of petitioner’s land has been permitted to be changed.
