SC Sets Aside Bail Condition to Furnish Bank Guarantee - 14.06.2023

Supreme Court has set aside a bail condition imposed by High Court to furnish Bank Guarantee worth Rs. 2 Crore by the accused and modified the same by directing accused to deposit a bail bond of Rs. 5 Lakhs instead.
