SC Refuses to Entertain Plea Filed to Stop 'Mahapanchayat' in Uttarakhand - 14.06.2023

Supreme Court has refused to entertain petition seeking to stop ‘mahapanchayat' proposed to be held by Hindutva groups in Uttarakhand's Purola town amid communal tension. The Court has asked the petitioner to approach the High Court.
