Del HC: Discretion to Grant Bail in PMLA Case Not to be Exercised Only as Last Resort - 13.06.2023

Delhi High Court while granting bail to 'Indo Spirits' founder Sameer Mahandru in PMLA case related to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam, has observed that discretion of Court in granting bail to accused under the PMLA is not to be exercised only as a last resort.
