Cal HC: Officers Entitled to Take Action Against Non-Conforming Acts of An Advocate - 13.06.2023

Calcutta High Court while observing that it is not expected that a judge should be a mute spectator, has held that judicial restraint does not disentitle a judicial officer from taking exception against non-conforming acts of an Advocate.
