Del. HC: Individual Can Change Surname to Avoid Prejudices Attached to Particular Caste - 13.06.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that Right to Identity is a part of Right to Life under Article 21 of the Constitution, has held that an individual can change his/her surname so as not to be identified with any particular caste that may be a cause of prejudice to such person in any manner.
