Ker HC: Can't Direct a Judge to Hear Particular Number of Cases a Day - 12.06.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that judicial order cannot be issued to Chief Justice about the manner in which the cases are to be listed in the High Court of Kerala unless there are compelling reasons, has held that Court can’t direct that a judge should hear a particular number of cases a day.
