SC: BCI Can Impose Condition That Only Graduate from Recognized Colleges Can Enroll as Advocates - 12.06.2023

Supreme Court has held that rule framed by Bar Council of India (BCI) requiring a candidate for enrolment as an Advocate to have completed his law course from a college recognized/ approved by BCI cannot be said to be invalid.
