Ker. HC: Printing Agencies Required to Remove Illegal Hoardings Within 7 Days of Notice - 09.06.2023

Kerala High Court has held that after designated authorities remove illegal hoardings to holding areas, printing agencies will be required to remove such hoardings from holding areas within 7 days of issuance of notice by Secretary of Local Self Government Department.
