Mad. HC: Teachers Appointed Before July 2011 Must Possess TET for Future Promotion - 06.06.2023

Madras High Court has held that teachers appointed prior to July 29, 2011, are eligible to continue in service even if they have not qualified Teacher’s Eligibility Test (TET) but they must possess the same to be eligible for future promotional prospects.
