Kerala HC: Can’t Classify Nudity as Essentially Obscene or Even Indecent or Moral - 06.06.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that mere sight of naked upper body of woman shouldn’t be deemed to be sexual by default, has held that depiction of naked body of a woman can’t per se be termed to be obscene, indecent, or sexually explicit and the same can be determined to be so only in context.
