JKL HC: Purpose of Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC is to Advance Substantial Justice - 05.06.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while observing that Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC exists to ensure that parties involved in legal dispute receive fair & comprehensive resolution, has held that provision exists to advance the cause of justice through amendments of pleadings rather than impede it.
