Del. HC: Lawyers Duty Towards Client Has to be Respected by All Concerned - 30.05.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that Lawyers are an essential and powerful pillar of judicial adjudicatory process and therefore, their duty towards a client has to be respected by all has stated that lawyers are bound by their commitment to the duties cast on them by BCI Rules.
