Delhi HC Rejects PIL Challenging Notifications Permitting Exchange of Rs. 2000 Notes Without ID Proof - 29.05.2023

Delhi High Court has dismissed public interest litigation (PIL) challenging Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and State Bank of India's (SBI) notifications that allow exchange of Rs. 2000 currency notes without requirement of any identity proof.
