Kar. HC: Non-Signatory Defendants Cannot Be Exposed to Arbitration under Section 8 of A&C Act - 29.05.2023

Karnataka High Court has ruled that the non-signatory defendants cannot be exposed to arbitration under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act by allowing the dispute to be referred to arbitration.
