J&K&L HC: J&K Special Tribunal Can Refer Contempt Matters to High Court - 29.05.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has observed that J&K Special Tribunal is deemed to be a court subordinate to High Court for purposes of Section 10 of Contempt of Courts Act and therefore, has power to refer an appropriate case to the HC for initiating contempt proceedings.
