Ker. HC: Out-of-Turn Disposals Can Cause Injustice to Other Litigants - 26.05.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that because a litigant has resource to approach this Court with a prayer to expedite his case, he shouldn’t be allowed to break queue and get an undue advantage unless the situation warrants, as out of turn disposals can cause injustice.
