Del. HC to State: Hold Stakeholder Consultation on Draft Advocates Protection Bill - 26.05.2023

Delhi High Court has asked State government to hold stakeholder consultation on the draft Delhi Advocates (Protection) Bill which seeks to provide safety and security to lawyers from incidents of assaults, killings, intimidation and threats.
