Ker. HC: Not Proper to Arrest Accused Before Verifying if Any Interim Order Subsits in Bail Plea - 25.05.2023

Kerala High Court has observed that it is not proper on the part of the Police Officer to arrest an accused, without verifying from the office of the prosecutor if there is any interim order that subsists in the pending bail application.
