Del HC: Rejecting Appln. Under SVLDR Scheme Without Hearing is Violates Principle of Natural Justice - 24.05.2023

Delhi High Court has held that rejecting of application under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 (SVLDR Scheme) without granting an opportunity of hearing is violative of principles of natural justice.
