Bom. HC to Sameer Wankhede: Don’t Publish WhatsApp Chats Or Make Press Statements In Extortion Case - 23.05.2023

Bombay High Court while extending interim protection to former NCB officer Sameer Wankhede in extortion case regarding arrest of Aryan Khan in 2021, has directed him not to publish whatsapp chats or make press statements as the matter is sub-judice before the court.
