SC: Don’t Make Adverse Observations Against Judicial Officer Without Due Opportunity - 22.05.2023

Supreme Court has observed that it has been repeatedly indicating that orders making adverse observations against judicial officers should not be made without opportunity to the person concerned whose career and esteem will be affected.
