Centre Issues Ordinance Providing Powers Over "Services" in GNCTD to Lieutenant Governor - 22.05.2023

Central Government has promulgated an ordinance to constitute ‘National Capital Civil Services Authority’ in Delhi to decide on the transfer and posting of Group ‘A’ officers and DANICS officers serving in Delhi government.
