SC to HC: Case Should be Assigned to Other Bench if Judgment Not Delivered Within 6 Months - 19.05.2023

Supreme Court while hearing bail plea filed by a convict on the ground that High Court has failed to pronounce judgment reserved since August 2022, has stated that case should be assigned to other bench for fresh hearing if judgment is not delivered within 6 months after reserving it.
