SC: Valid Reasons for Not Accepting Surveyor’s Report Must be Given by Insurance Company - 19.05.2023

Supreme Court while observing that Surveyor’s Report in a claim for insurance is not final one however satisfactory reasons are given by insurer, has held that insurance company must give cogent reasons for not accepting surveyor’s report.
