Ker. HC: Sale of Liquor Should Take Place to Attract Section 55(i) of Kerala Abkari Act - 18.05.2023

Kerala High Court has held that illicit sale of liquor should be made to attract offence under section 55(i) of Kerala Abkari Act and stated that mere possession of liquor that too within permissible limits cannot lead to presumption that liquor was intended for sale.
