Del. HC: Can’t Charge Higher Fees from Students Admitted Through Management Quota - 18.05.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that same fee structure is applicable to both Quota and Non-quota categories, has stated that admissions are not guided by paying capacity of candidates hence higher fees from students admitted through management quota cannot be charged.
