SC to States: Examine Socio Economic Reasons Behind Demand for Illegal Arms - 17.05.2023

Supreme Court in a suo motu case has directed State Governments and Union Territories to file their response as to why is there a demand for such kinds of illegal arms and asked them to go into socio-economic reasons for the same.
