JKL HC: If Court Lacks Jurisdiction it Can’t Hear Appln. to amend Plaint to Acquire Jurisdiction - 17.05.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that if averments contained in existing plaint does not disclose court to have territorial jurisdiction and amendment is sought to vest territorial jurisdiction in court, the court will have no jurisdiction to even consider the application.
