Del HC: Consider Lower Side on Margin of Error if Ossification Test Opines Victim is b/w 15-17 Yrs - 17.05.2023

Delhi High Court while referring to Jarnail Singh v. State of Haryana (MANU/SC/0626/2013
) has held that for determining age of a child victim under POCSO Act, where bone ossification opines her age between 15-17 years, inclination of Court should be towards considering lower side on margin of error.
