SC: Definition of ‘Consumer’ Includes ‘Consumers’ - 17.05.2023

Supreme Court while referring to Brigade Enterprises Ltd. v. Anil Kumar (MANU/SC/1285/2021
) has held that upon a conjoint reading of Section 2(1)(b)(i) of Consumer Act, 1986 Consumer would mean Consumers.
