J&K&L HC: Allotment Under Evacuees Property Act Doesn’t Confer Title or Interest - 16.05.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while observing that allotment is mere license, which is revocable by concerned authorities, has held that allotment under Evacuees’ Property Act gives merely temporary right to use/occupy immovable property and neither confers ownership nor interest in land.
