SC: While Recording Statement Involving Large Number of Prosecution Witnesses, Utilize S.313(5) CrPC - 16.05.2023

Supreme Court has opined that while recording statement under Section 313 of CrPC in cases involving large number of prosecution witnesses, Judicial Officers are advised to take benefit of subsection (5) of Section 313 of CrPC which will ensure that chances of committing errors are minimized.
