SC: HCs Can Issue Additional Directions Under Article 226/227 While Considering Bail Pleas - 16.05.2023

Supreme Court has held that High Courts can issue directions by virtue of powers under Article 226/227 while considering bail pleas and observed that High Court has original, appellate and suo motu powers under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution to pass directions, orders in interest of justice.
