All. HC: Notice Not Invalid if Other Amount is Separately Indicated Along With Cheque Amount - 15.05.2023

Allahabad High Court has held that to make a valid demand notice as per proviso of section 138(b) of Negotiable Instruments Act, notice should be mentioned in a separate portion of due amount of bounced cheque, and other amounts which are additionally claimed i.e. interest of loss, cost, etc.
