Del. HC: Interference in Proceedings Before Lokpal to be Avoided Unless Something is Palpably Wrong - 15.05.2023

Delhi High Court has observed that interference in proceedings before Lokpal, ought to be avoided, unless there is something palpably wrong or contrary to law since repeated petitions seeking to interdict proceedings would defeat the purpose of legislation.
