SC: Opportunity of Hearing Does Not Mean Personal Hearing - 15.05.2023

Supreme Court while issuing clarification on its judgment in the case of SBI v. Rajesh Agarwal (MANU/SC/0308/2023
) which mandated that borrowers should be heard by banks before their accounts are classified as fraudulent, has stated that opportunity of hearing does not mean personal hearing.
