SC: Constitution Doesn’t Take Away Right of Non Tribal Person to Vote in Scheduled Area - 15.05.2023

Supreme Court has held that Representation of People 1950 Act is applicable to Scheduled Area and therefore any person eligible to vote who is ordinarily residing in the Scheduled Area has a right to vote, even if he is a non¬ tribal.
