SC Refuses to Restore Uddhav Thackeray Government - 11.05.2023

Supreme Court constitution bench while observing that it can’t restore Uddhav Thackeray Government since he resigned without facing floor test, has held that had he refrained from resigning from post of Chief Minister, the court could have considered grant of remedy of reinstating government.
